“Is It All Right? Can You Touch My Heart?”
Are you hiding who you really are behind a wall? A wall is defined as “an upright structure of masonry, wood, plaster or other building material serving to enclose, divide, or protect an area; a vertical construction forming an inner partition or exterior siding of a building.”
You must be willing to share your heart with your partner. Remove the conditions of who’s “right” and “wrong.” They do not exist in a true relationship. The only conditions are “love” and “selfishness.” The real issue is whether this situation is going to help your relationship grow stronger by revealing true feelings and by building a closer connection through honesty and love between both parties involved. With that mindset, the conditions of “right” and “wrong” become irrelevant obstacles that keep the relationship from growing.
“Summary”
To build and maintain relationships, it is important to reveal your true self to the other person. Hiding areas of importance behind walls is selfish; those walls will only end up showing themselves once someone runs into it unexpectedly.
“Daily Interaction”
Care for your partner by really listening to him or her. Take time to get yourselves in the mood of possibly hearing something that you may not want to hear.
