“What You Did: Touch Me with Gratitude”
It takes about .075 of a second to say “Thank You.” So why is it that some people don’t feel the need to say it? Does it take too much energy? If so think so, they may need to see a doctor immediately! By saying these two words, you can show the people you care about that you appreciate the things they do for you. This simple act then makes it easier for them to do for you again.

There are times when the ones we love do things for us. Some things we need. Some things we want. Some things we just like. But without these things, whether they are big or small, our relationships would be empty.

Keep in mind that we are only focusing on the positive things, because everything else has been forgiven back on day one of this book. Remember those things that your partner has done for you, and then thank him or her for those actions and for what he or she has been to you. Expect many more things, because your partner loves you and you love your partner. Thank your partner. Walk around the house or the area where you are doing these exercises, making sure to hold hands. As you are walking and you think of something your partner has done for you or given to you, thank him or her for it. Find 10 things to thank your partner for before moving on to the questions.
